Description

For best results, our HD POXY Multi-surface Nano Polymer Sealant should be applied by machine using an HD POXYPAD. This super fine finishing and waxing pad thoroughly applies a very thin, even coating of HD POXY for faster drying and curing.

The POXYPAD can also be used in combination with HD POXY and HD UNO (three dabs each) for jewelling a paint finish. Simply apply at 75% speed using the Porter Cable 7424XL with light pressure and watch the color and shine rise to a new level.

Includes one 1" x 5.25” wax pad.

Use only with 4.75" Flexible Backing Plate Use only with a 4.75" to 5." diameter Velcro backing plate.

Instructions

Only for use with a 4.75" diameter, flexible, Velcro backing plate on a dual-action polisher (DAP).

HD POXYPAD may be used for machine waxing with HD POXY or finishing with HD UNO. Center pad on Velcro backing plate and press firmly. Set polisher to medium speed. Apply 3-4 pea size dabs of HD UNO polish or HD POXY to the pad.

Work product into paint surface until only a fine film is visible. If waxing, allow HD POXY to haze for 10 minutes and buff of with an HD MICROBUFF microfiber towel. If polishing, wipe off remaining polish film with and HD MICROPOLISH microfiber towel and inspect.

Care Instructions

For best results, keep the HD POXYPAD in its Ziploc baggie when not in use. Unless the pad becomes heavily soiled, it is not necessary to wash it between uses.

Clean the HD POXYPAD by spraying working surfaces with HD TOTAL Degreaser & Soil Remover and towel dry.

Machine washing is not recommended.

The HD POXYPAD is the most efficient dual-action polisher waxing and finishing pad ever created.

Where all other foam wax and polish pads are beveled and shaped for a nicely machined appearance, we left ours straight cut. This reduces foam waste by as much as 12% and produces a pad that lasts longer (beveling the edge breaks surface tension, causing the foam easily tear).

Less wasted foam is only half the story. That's because the HD POXYPAD pad is also designed to absorb (waste) 50% less wax and polish. The two layer foam design creates a barrier that keeps your wax or polish product in the face of the pad where it can do it's job.
